I just woke up about a while ago because I went back to sleep. I went to go drop off my cousin at the airport for her early morning flight and that meant that we all have to get up very early, too.
Before taking my morning nap, though, I decided to eat breakfast, since my tummy had been growling the whole morning. I had a quick breakfast of High Fiber O’s, vanilla soymilk, unsweetened coconut, and flaxmeal along with a ripe banana. This breakfast shut up my tummy real good, lol.
Then it was off to rest and digest and now I’m re-energized and ready to take on the day! Only TWO more days til my trip.. I’m off to get ready! You guys enjoy your weekend!
