Short and Sweet

hey guys, sorry to keep this short. I have to get to bed right now because I may go and apply for a job tomorrow!!

For lunch, I had some leftover homemade refried red beans, some chopped lettuce, a carrot, GG blue corn tortilla chips, half of an avocado and some nutritional yeast queso sauce for dipping.

For dinner I ate the last of my homemade hummus with some broken up baked corn tostadas and another carrot (not pictured).

I drank a smoothie on the side made from Ciao Bella Blood Orange Sorbetto (about 1/4 cup), some papaya, and half of a banana. I really love papaya and strongly suggest you try some if you already haven’t. I didn’t like it before, but now I really love it. It’s a fruit that takes getting used to, in my opinion. I always buy the Mexican variety, too. I prefer it to the Hawaiian one.

Check out that beautiful orange color! I definitely got my Vitamin A! 🙂
