Good morning all! Hope you had a wonderful weekend and are ready to take on this week.
For me, this week entails the dreaded finals and also the end of the semester. It’s a bittersweet feeling, but I can’t wait til I’m back at home on Saturday. 🙂
To get a great start to my day, I decided to have a very satiating cereal mix. I combined 1 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal and 1/2 cup Nature’s Path Ginger Zing granola with about a cup original almond milk. I also had another small valencia orange. I did the calculations and this breakfast has 17 g of protein and 12 g of fiber! No wonder it is so satisfying and keeps me full for a long time!
