I have to run out soon… but just wanted to share my lunch for today:
A whole wheat pita stuffed with 2 tbsp almond butter and 1.5 tbsp Tree of Life Raspberry Jam (this was soooo good! Maybe even better than strawberry jam…). On the side I had a 16 oz mixed fruit salad (comprised mainly of strawberries, watermelon, orange segments and some canteloupe) and a small Golden Delicious apple. Lunch was sooo good and it was exactly what I was craving (i had a sweet tooth attack, :-D).
For a snack, I have packed 1/4 cup Roasted and Salted Deluxe Mixed Nuts.
Hope everyone’s Thursday is going well… mine is just so busy… will hopefully have time to post dinner tonight, but we’ll see!
